Hey, I am Anthony from Peakinfinity. These terms explain how working together works. I have kept them honest and straightforward because that is how I do everything.

What Peakinfinity is
Peakinfinity offers life coaching services to help you escape the 9 to 5, find clarity and build a life you actually want to live. Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please seek professional support.
I am a life coach. I will listen, challenge, support and help you find your own answers. I will never tell you what to do but I will help you figure it out for yourself.
Booking and payments
All sessions are booked through Calendly and paid for securely through Stripe.
Free Clarity Call — 15 minutes, no charge, no obligation.
Single Session — 40 minutes, £50, payment required at time of booking.
Monthly Coaching — 4 weekly sessions of 40 minutes plus WhatsApp support between sessions, £200 per month, payment taken monthly in advance.
All prices are in British pounds and include any applicable taxes.
Cancellations and rescheduling
I completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice and I will happily find you another slot.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund for paid sessions. If something genuinely urgent comes up just message me and we will work it out like human beings.
Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice before your next payment date.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with me during our sessions stays between us. I will never share your personal information or the content of our conversations with anyone without your explicit permission.
What I ask of you
To get the most from coaching I ask that you show up on time for your sessions, be honest with me and most importantly be honest with yourself, do the work between sessions and respect that this is a professional relationship built on trust.
Results
I will give you everything I have in every session. However coaching results depend on your own commitment and effort. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes but I can guarantee I will show up for you completely every single time.
Zoom sessions
All sessions take place via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable talking openly.
WhatsApp support
Monthly coaching clients have access to WhatsApp support between sessions. I will respond to messages within 24 hours during weekdays. WhatsApp support is for check ins, questions and accountability. It is not for crisis support. If you are in crisis please contact the Samaritans on 116 123.
Intellectual property
Any materials, resources or content I share with you during coaching are for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without my permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
If I update these terms I will note the new date at the top of this page.
