Hey, I am Anthony from Peakinfinity. This privacy policy explains how I handle your personal information when you use this website or book a session with me. I have kept it as simple and honest as possible because that is how I do everything.

What information I collect
When you use this website or book a session I may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number and any information you share with me through the contact form or during coaching sessions.
How I use your information
I use your information purely to provide my coaching services to you. This means responding to your enquiries, booking and managing your sessions, sending you information relevant to your coaching journey and processing payments securely through Stripe.
I will never sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. I do not store your card details. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com for details on how they handle payment information.
Booking
Sessions are booked through Calendly. Please refer to Calendly’s privacy policy at calendly.com for details on how they handle your booking information.
Coaching sessions
Everything you share with me during coaching sessions is completely confidential. I will never share what you tell me with anyone without your explicit permission.
How long I keep your information
I keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide my services to you. If you would like me to delete your information at any time simply email me at Anthony@peakinfinity.info and I will do so promptly.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, correct any inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, object to how I use your information and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights simply contact me at Anthony@peakinfinity.info and I will respond within 30 days.
